I can’t say enough about my experience with Acculevel - starting with a comprehensive job estimate from Matt, and his communication throughout the work process. Omar and Henry did a great job of leveling my garage floor, followed by Rueben and Rolando, who worked relentlessly to complete an entire perimeter drain system in my basement, along with securing the foundation wall in just two days! Steel I-Beam supports / Crawlspace encapsulation. I bought a "fixer upper" but was in over my head when it came to foundation/basement problems. I couldn't finish remodeling because I - beams under the floors were sagging and it didn't make sense to install nice tile with sagging floors and other wavy floors from not having a vapor barrier. I knew as soon as I talked with Matt that this was the place I was going to use. Also I called a local remodeling contractor and asked who they would use, and they said they would only work with Acculevel. Matt quoted only what was necessary to fix the problems. Scheduling was easy, crews were on time, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, for the price in the contract, and it fixed the problems. When they hit the I-beam with the lasers and showed me exactly how far out things were (just like Matt had said too) it was so clear. The crew were amazing, good quality folks, trustworthy that wanted nothing more than to do a good job. I stopped in once and a while to see if they needed anything and ask any questions I had about the work and they were happy to answer questions. They were polite, very courteous and the place was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I'm picky and they exceeded my expectations. It is rare to experience this level of service and quality folks in this day and age. I will use them again in the future for other basement/drainage improvements and I recommend them. Showed up right on time and I couldn't be happier with their work. They were very nice and cleaned up any mess they made. All work was completed in the same day. I would Highly Recommend them.
Acculevel installed 3 piers and 5 new downspouts with pop up valves on my home Friday. A two man team arrived promptly at 8 am, and had the job completed and cleaned up by 4:00 pm. The installers laid down plastic to protect the lawn and even replanted a bush that had to be removed during the process. I thought the quote was fair, and the original representative, for the quote, was honest and gave me good/accurate information, without trying to oversell. Follow up was spot on as well! I would highly recommend Acculevel to anyone needing foundation assistance. A++++
