A small town, locally owned grocery store that also sells gas and diesel. You can buy lottery and scratch off tickets and tobacco products. The groceries are more expensive than going to another town, but the nearness is worth while to pick up an item or two. The meat selection, cuts and quality is typically excellent and the popular items are always new and fresh. Check the expiration date or visible quality of other items as they may be past their prime. The cashiers, managers and owners are helpful and friendly and kind, but will not tolerate rudeness or stupid behavior from customers, so don't act like a jerk. Follow social rules and pay attention to the signs.
